For orders of €35.00 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany. For orders up to €35.00, we charge a shipping fee of €3.95. We deliver within two working days within Germany after receipt of your order. Payment is made by invoice.
For deliveries to EU member states, we charge a flat rate of €6.95 per order.
We cannot provide information regarding transit times for international shipments. Medicom does not deliver to the Canary Islands. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties may be charged depending on the country, over which we have no influence. These costs are to be borne by the recipient of the delivery in all cases. For deliveries to non-European countries, the proportional shipping costs listed below also apply:

The amount of VAT to be charged depends on the category of the product purchased and the destination to which the product is to be shipped. The prices on our website are shown in Euros and include German VAT. Please note that the final price depends on the actual VAT applicable to your order. For orders from other EU countries, the German VAT will be deducted and the VAT valid for the destination country will be calculated.
